Jason is amazing. He was knowledgeable and responsive to all our questions, and we had many! He was able to provide us several options and adjust our game plan accordingly based upon the situation as it constantly shifted. Jason was able to get an 11th hour close completed for us in the nick of time, even bringing us coffee to an early morning signing. We will be recommending Jason to all our friends looking to purchase or refinance a home.

Together we worked out how much I could spend. Using the $ for down and desired mothly payments we were able to establish my Price Range. It really helped me only look at houses I could afford. I received my pre-qualification letter and started the hunt . This really helped when I made the offer on my new home. The paperwork is always a drag but I was given a detailed list and was able to upload the documents. Read, sign and push upload could not be easier. I highly recommend this company and the people I worked with. I would use them again but I'm in my forever home now.

Fairway was excellent to work with for expedient, professional, and competent loan closing when I purchased back in April 2020--the height of COVID confusion. Jason especially has remained as responsive and professional with various inquiries I've made since then as he was when I first bought the house. I've never had to wait more than a couple of hours for a reply! For someone who asks lots of questions, this level of excellent customer service is truly appreciated. I also have enjoyed the audio-visual interaction offered by this company. For a visual learner, it's been great to have a recording of Jason explaining the numbers I see on the screen to help me make the best choice for how to optimize my loan repayment. I would definitely recommend Fairway to anyone looking to be taken care of during the home buying process.

The folks at Fairway Mortgage did a fantastic job helping us with the mortgage process. They accommodate my work schedule, kept us informed about the status and answered all of our questions quickly and clearly. I would strongly recommend them to anyone!

Nothing but issues from start to finish. Severe lack of communication and professionalism. Fairway was recommended to us by our Realtor and we wish we would have gone with a different lender. From the time we were pre-approved through closing there was very little communication. We would often receive emails saying "sign this". When we called leaving voicemails asking for clarification and understanding of what we were signing we would receive an email response instead of a return phone call saying it was such and such document (essentially the title of the document) but still no communication on WHAT it was. Luckily, our Realtor was a big help and this wasn't our first home purchase but we felt it was Fairway's job, not our Realtor's to explain these documents to us. Errors. Fairway made multiple errors that cost us money. They had our closing date wrong, after we repeatedly told them when we wanted to close. When they changed it, they didn't communicate that it was going to drastically increase our closing costs from the first disclosure we signed, but we just received another email "sign this". Hours before closing they realized they transposed our homeowner's insurance cost, so we had to bring an additional check to closing after we already wired our cash to close to the title company. More lack of communication. Our loan was sold (which we expected), but it wasn't communicated to us until 3 days before our mortgage payment was due. We were attempting to make our mortgage payment a couple weeks early and had a very difficult time because we didn't have the correct loan number, processor, or information anymore. Two months after closing we received a bill from the county that we owed taxes. We paid these taxes at closing and continue to through our escrow. I had to call twice before this was resolved. First, the processor at the local office tried to tell me it was a Statement, not a Bill - NO, I know the difference, please don't insult me. Second, we gave Fairway an interest free loan because they held our funds for two months instead of remitting them immediately, which we weren't okay with. When I called the county I was informed that they had no notification from a lender that our property was paid through escrow. When I was able to get a hold of someone she assured me that it would be paid by the end of the month but had not been paid yet. Later that day, I received a phone call from Fairway's 1-800 number saying that they were told I had some questions. They told me the taxes had been paid 2 days ago electronically and it is probably in limbo on it's way to the county. So the local processor didn't even bother to look up our account when I called. LAZY. Completely unimpressed. We definitely won't be back for future homes, nor will we be referring to anybody in the Spokane area.

Fast, Efficient, Reliable and have your back 110%! these are just scratching the surface of how awesome Boone and his team are at Fairway! We will only use boone for home purchases and refinancing.
