He was consistently available to take as much time as I needed to discuss the details and ensure I understood them. I felt that Tom went above and beyond to ensure an on-time closing. He knew that I was looking to arrange a cross-country move to coincide with closing; and he proactively confirmed we were cleared for closing several days in advance of the scheduled close date, which enabled me to move forward with the logistics of my move with confidence.
