He was able to get us financing on our first home and did no matter what it took to make it work for us, and he even set us up with valuable plans for the future. Chelsea is amazing. She was able to get my pre-approval done over the weekend for a super last minute condo offer even though my loan application was a little complicated due to inherited funds. She also took the time to help me understand everything as a first time home buyer. She communicated regularly and clearly so that I was always aware of where we were in the loan process. She was even able to close almost two weeks early. I can't recommend Chelsea enough!

These guys were pretty spectacular I have a hard time doing paperwork and they help me get all of my tax information and business information filled out. The one exception is my loan officer told me I was locked in at four. 75 but then when the title company sent me the paperwork to fill out it said five. 0%

What a blessing in disguise Ricky and Carole have been. They certainly know what they are doing! Always one step ahead of the game to avoid any potential problems or delays in financing. I didn't think I'd ever be able to purchase a home, because I've paid cash for everything over the past 15 years since my beloveds cancer and death. Great experience start to finish. Got a great rate, felt very comfortable asking questions and getting detailed explanations. Never felt talked down to or the staff "was too busy". They took the time to run the numbers on multiple loan programs, along with the pros and cons of buying down a point and what doing so (or not) meant in real dollars over the course loan. I've used Fairway my last 3 real estate purchases/refinances and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
