My wife Ashley and I were first time home buyers and Evan took the time, frequently, to explain anything that we had questions about. If an email or text was not enough to convey an answer he would call us. He was always available and extremely quick with the work that needed doing. I doubt we could have closed as quickly without him and I know we would not have been pre-approved as fast, let alone on a Saturday night if it was not for him! He made a very tough and confusing process much easier and it felt like we had a friend helping us through it. We can't thank him enough.
