Mike O'Brien was terrific to work with. He called and emailed often to check in and update us on progress and keep us appraised. We are first time home buyers and had no clue what we were doing. Fairway (specifically worked with Scott Bushlack) was wonderful to work with, and I'd definitely recommend them to others!! I was in the middle of the closing process on my new house with one other bank when I needed to switch to a different bank due to poor customer service, lack of transparency, and a very large extra charge trying to be added from the previous bank. Scott offered me a great estimate that was better than my other bank's quote, and I was about three weeks out from closing and Scott guaranteed that they could get everything processed in time for closing as long as I was able to quickly get them the documentation they needed. It was a risk switching banks that close to closing, but I had no choice. Fairway saved me and got everything processed in time for my closing date!! They even had a small paperwork delay/mistake when I was signing everything for closing, and Scott called me to sincerely apologize right away and inform me of what happened and Fairway gave me a generous gift card for the inconvenience! They had very good communication through the entire process and were very respectful and had great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to someone else and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Customer service is top notch and he personally contacts you with updates every step of the way from initial request to closing.
