Ryan Reynolds was an absolute flake and Never returned phone calls or emails. He's done this several times and now its just old. We had to go to another lender fast because of deadlines. In this market you have to have communication and he was terrible. Avoid NMLS# 77015 if you can, there are others willing to help and with more experience.

Worked with Brad at Fairway recently on our new mortgage loan. I’ve owned several homes and have gone through several loan processes, and Brad was the best I’ve ever worked with. Even, in the most challenging conditions, he was able to knock it outside the park. To say Brad is very responsive is an understatement. He’s more than happy to answer any questions you may have. And I also like the fact that I didn’t have to reach out to him to make sure I was getting what I need. He always made sure the ball was rolling. All this, knowing he was working with many other clients at the same time. I would recommend Brad every time 100%!
