Our house was in the middle of a major upgrade and not really ready for prime time, but our loan process went surprisingly smoothly. Really helped lower my stress level, and got our appraisal done in record time. Very impressive!

Quick close, clear instructions and very clean interface for website and document uploads. This process was as easy as home buying could possibly be. Only tiny negative was my offer was delayed waiting on the approval letter to be updated (about 18 hours from initial notification) which gave time for a competing offer and increased our final price. This may be due to the crazy seller agent blowing up his phone so much it had to be turned off for sanity - she was awful, but Lance still made it all happen! Overall, absolutely great experience. I'll be recommending Lance to anyone buying. Not many lenders can get a close completed in 12 days and it is greatly appreciated!
