Kathy was excellent to work with. She was readily available, answered every question I had in great detail, and worked hard to ensure I had a great experience. Working with Fairway, and especially Kathy Frank, was a much more personal and pleasant experience than what you'd typically get from a "large" lender. At no point did I feel like I was an inconvenience. I could ask a question in the evening, on a weekend, and get a prompt response. Everything was smooth and flawless during the transaction. I highly recommend!

Dave Koonce and the crew runs circles around other mortgage bankers by being very knowledgeable and responsive to their customers. He gave us his personal cell number and we used it and he answered calls and text messages on the weekend and on vacation.

Absolutely recommend Sabrina Bixler Lang. She is fantastically organized and is such a lovely person. When I say she's always available, she really is. She took my calls driving to and from kid's activities frequently, and she is SO quick on the draw when turning quotes and documents around. I learned so much from her and am so thankful she took the time to answer the many, many questions I had as a first time homebuyer.

If anyone's looking to get a loan mortgage, these guys are certainly the best! I was able to buy my first house with a very reasonable and good deal! Also they took their time to walk me through every process and had other connections that helped me to be able to find a home too! Their process was smooth too! As first time home buyers, we knew very little about the home buying process. In our first conversation with Jake Singer from Fairway he explained each step of the process clearly. He made sure that we were always informed and if he needed more information from us he explained the why and how. Jake is extremely responsive even during off hours (evenings and weekends). If we had a question (which there were a lot of questions) he always responded quickly. Jake made sure we had all of our financial scenarios in a very timely manner so that we could make informed decisions. He even came to our closing to make sure everything went smoothly and to congratulate us! I recommend Jake Singer and Fairway Independent Mortgage a million times over!

Bob Fisher is incredibly competent and above all, honest. He helped us get ready and let us know what we could and could not do as far as financing. Bob was always there to answer a call and was very easy to talk to. He has the unique ability of being able to explain hard and complicated process in a manner that was easy for me, a first time home buyer, to understand.
