Steve Koung is terrific to work with and I would highly recommend. He patiently answered all of our questions and was transparent throughout the loan process. No hidden fees! I had the great privilege to work with the Mr. Zachary Bodine on the recent mortgage for my FIRST home and what more can I say other than I'm thoroughly pleased! But for more contextual factors and evidence I can truly say working With Zack and Fairway was by far the Best of my experience with other lenders for a few reasons: 1. Online portal - user friendly, easy to upload documents, read and review docs to sign, as well as to apply and communicate using secure methods. 2. Zack has knowledge of multiple programs to include first time home buyers (MMP for Maryland) and truly understands the numbers in a way where he can do the arithmetic and communicate it to someone like me who hates numbers and calculations - he makes it work. 3. Communication, Communication, Communication; I can say I the process working with the team here is TRANSPARENT, Honest, and never felt like I had to chase Zack or anyone else for a response or answer - we've worked on two separate home purchases (my first one fell through due to the pandemic and the second one we made it all the way through!!)
