Frustrating and stressful - days in between contact during the most critical loan times; we had a week of silence at one point. Everything was put to the last minute and then a scramble would ensue. Due to the last minute scramble we essentially had to do their job for them ON ESCROW CLOSING DAY because they decided that verifying employment on a Friday WITHOUT a point of contact, or any previous contact, with my employer was the best plan. If you want to be stressed the entire time, or if you want to randomly dedicate half your day to scrambling because the loan officer dropped the ball, then by all means, go with Fairway.
