This is probably one of the easiest process I went through to any of my purchases. Scott was very professional and kept me abreast of everything I needed to know all throughout the process. The process was a lot of gathering documents and the assistance of the staff was a tremendous help. A last minute change at the settlement table by me didn't frazzle them at all. They made changes within minutes and a side from extending settlement by 20 minutes we were so grateful to have it completed while we waited. I still can't believe they got it done so quickly.
