Fairway Independent Mortgage was wonderful when helping me purchase my second home. My husband and I were not sure what we could truly afford but Scott helped us get qualified and allowed us to get something better than we even expected. He had excellent recommendations for a real estate agent and insurance agent which is definitely why we were so lucky to get such a nice place. We LOVE our second home and definitely recommend Fairway Mortgage.

Fairway was wonderful to work with for purchasing our 2nd home! My husband is self employed so I knew there would be a lot of documents they would need throughout the process. Scott Ely was our mortgage broker and he was there with us every step of the way, making sure we produced what was needed and ensuring everything was handles as quickly and efficiently as possible. We closed on time and it turned out to be very simple. If we knew it would have been this easy, we would have purchased our 2nd home sooner. We HIGHLY recommend them!

We unfortunately did not have a good experience with this Fairway branch. We were misinformed and mislead throughout the process. In the end, we did not pursue a loan with Fairway and took our loan needs to a new lender. We would not recommend the folks at the Bluffton Branch.
