My husband and I cannot recommend Bryan Moss of Fairway Mortgage enough! He is always patient, thorough, responsive and never withholds information. He always does the best he possibly can for his clients. We have only had extremely positive experiences working with him for home purchases as well as refinancing. If you need a trusted and efficient resource amidst this stressful and ever-changing market, he is the ideal person to support you.

My refinance closed and Ruben Flores was my loan officer. If I could give him 10 stars I would. The process from beginning to finish was flawless. Ruben was exceptional to details of loan, service, experience, and deliverance. His office is top notch and we'll organized. If you need a phenomenal loan officer Ruben Flores will be that person. The entire Fairway Team did what we thought would be impossible. Not only did they get us qualified for the amount we needed but they were able to close our sale in such a period of time it was amazing. They were extremely professional and made us feel valued as clients. By far, the smoothest mortgage transaction we have ever experienced and would highly recommend them to family and friends. My husband and I are so happy we were referred to them.

Please don't do business with this company, do yourself a favor and walk away and find a reputable lender. I had the worst experience with Ruben Flores and after complaining to the so called complaints department my emails and calls went without any solution. I have never been been so disappointed in the lack of professionalism, and disregard for this loan officers conduct during my approval process. I did try to get a resolution from the Branch Operations Manager who I believe genuinely tried to do something for me but it does not make up for the fact that Ruben should not be in this industry. Lies Lies Lies and no accountability!!

Do yourself a favor and just look elsewhere. This is not a reputable lender, they say whatever they need to in order to get your info, and then they don't deliver on anything they promised. Also I've noticed a significant uptick in the amount of spam calls and emails I get since I gave them info 2 hours ago, so they already sold my info.
