I had an excellent experience with this lender. My loan officer was amazing (Mr. Robert Martin)- could not have asked for a more professional, respectful, and communicative person to work with. From my first contact to the signing day, Bob was there every time I had a question, had to "check the numbers" or simply to ask for advice. He was transparent regarding the rates I would get, the cost and the different options. He was always prompt with his answers and really just a genuine, honest person to work with.

Joan was great at helping us with our unique situation. She guided us efficiently every step of the way and is the nicest person to work with. We were so pleased to be able to close so quickly thanks to her efforts!
