Jeff was an absolute blast to work with. He was responsive, educational, informative, and present. He was willing to engage in extensive conversations about astrophysics, chaos theory, and even helped me solve my Rubik’s cube… well, maybe not all of that, but you get the picture, lol. He was wiling to crunch numbers and workout different scenarios so that we could choose the best option for both our current budget and our future goals. He was a great person to chat with. If you need a loan, especially as a first time homebuyer, work with David Thomas at Fairway! He explained the whole process to us so it was a really smooth month closing on our house. The speed with which Fairway could close helped us get our house, which is invaluable in a competitive market. All costs were clearly laid out to us throughout the process so that there were no surprises on closing day. David was also always available for questions and very polite and helpful with his responses. If you want a house, go to Fairway and ask for David.

We were already 97 days into a refi with another lender. It kept dragging on and we were quite upset at that point already when a friend of ours recommended to reach out to David.
