Cheryl did a great job explaining the process to my wife and me, first time homebuyers. She helped us get a great interest rate and even helped us get our closing date moved up a day when we realized the loan offer would expire the day before closing, saving us the cost of extending the offer. First we tried for the loan process through popular online ways but was not happy and satisfied with their methods. Fairway and especially Maureen made our home buying process easy and possible. Maureen was extremely helpful throughout the process, she turned our dream into reality. She was always available to answer any questions or doubts, discuss the next steps make you believe in yourself. She made the whole process so quick and super easy for us. 10/10 would recommend it.

She is a miracle worker who saved us after an awful experience with BOA where they dumped our mortgage, and almost caused us to lose our new home. The process of refinancing with Cheryl and her staff was a very smooth one. The one thing about Cheryl when you text or call her and she is busy she lets you know and she gets back to you very promptly. You can get a mortgage anywhere but Cheryl’s service you can’t find in many places.

We worked with Maureen Moriarty for the purchase of our house. Maureen was incredibly helpful throughout the home-buying process. As two first-time homebuyers we had a lot of questions and at every step Maureen guided us to our home. She promptly responded to our texts/emails and was always available to talk.

She referred me to my attorney and homeowners insurance company, both equally just as easy to work with. Cheryl is personable and truly makes you feel like family. They say it takes a village to make things happen but I owe Cheryl all my gratitude and praises for making this so smooth and stress free.

She was always available; responded quickly to all our texts, emails and phone calls. Went above and beyond the scope of her job to ensure we knew what to expect as potential new homeowners. The Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation online portal is very user friendly, very easy to complete the mortgage application and securely upload additional documents.

Maureen has been so helpful the past year from making a plan for us to save a year out and then explain every step of the way in the process. She called and answered our questions at any hour of the day. She was always helpful explaining what our plan would be step by step. I would highly recommend Maureen, she is an expert with FHA loans also which was key as a first time home buyer!
