In December of 2020 my husband I purchased our first home in Phoenix AZ. With this being said, we appreciate the efforts that were made on behalf of Fairway Mortgage Co. to make this possible. However, the only fault to be mentioned is in regards to an employee/representative by the name of Nick Infiesto. He's somewhat unprofessional. Nick referred to my husband and I as "poor people trying to live above our means." He was unaware that we overhead the comment until we confronted him about it. In turn, he apologized to us for his distasteful remarks about us. Our experience with Nick was unfortunate, but regardless, Fairway overall as a company was great towards my family and I. Thank you Fairway.
