He really took the time to explain the refinance process and I felt like he really cared that I understood how it works and what the different options were. Everything was cool till a week or so from closing date and they said I needed to satisfy a previous debt that knew about from the moment they gave me a pre approval letter. Day before closing I had to throw in the towel, leaving me, the seller and both agents wanting to punch someone in the face. At least I only invested 2 months and a few hundred dollars to never see again...
We believe the reviewer has the wrong company identified. Unfortunately there are other mortgage companies with Fairway in their name. On another note, we don't charge upfront fees so it would not be possible for someone to invest a few hundred dollars with us. We have never had an applicant named Jacob with a last name starting with a G. Todd Blanchard, President Fairway Financial Services, Inc.
