Pat has messed up our taxes four out of the six years he worked for us. He had us pay estimates that were way off! One year we got too much money back and two years we had to pay way too much. He is unreliable and inconsistent. Our amended taxes were not filed until August because he didn’t do his job correctly twice in one year. I advise you to go somewhere else... We did!

Patrick Fagen is a fantastic accountant. Very well spoken and a diligent worker. I would (and do) recommend Fagen Financial Services to all of my friends and family.

Wife and I went in to just get an idea of what my taxes would be we sat with him for 15 minutes we did not use him did not ask him to do my taxes and he did nothing but sent us a bill for $300 3 months later, all he did was tell us how smart he was and how much money I owed the government I brought my taxes to TurboTax took them 15 minutes to complete it and then we received a bill from tax preparation in St John for $300

Unhelpful correcting the mistakes he made. He told me to call the irs 800 number.

We've went to multiple tax places over the years...but that day has come to an end. We will never go anywhere else.

Pat is True professional he is a living encyclopedia in tax preparation. Hes an excellent communicator explains each detail so its clearly understood. They dont make them like Pat any.longer an experienced veteran who is at the top in his field Al and Missy
