    We have been working with Facchetti & Facchetti for over 8 years now. We are so happy with the knowledge, level of service, professionalism and pricing! Everyone from the front desk to the daily contact to the on boarding team is so responsive! (We have referred 3 other businesses to them!) During COVID they did an amazing job of providing the required documentation to apply for Cares Act funding and kept us in the loop on the loan forgiveness process.

    Dont know how the accounting part of there buisness is but its hard to find out when they never get back to u. I called talked with on a receptionist on wed she took all of my info told me they would be getting back to me the next week. Its now Thursday of that week and i have heard nothing from them. Even after a call into them. UPDATE!!! So i called them on friday and talked with a apologetic owner. He told me he would be getting to the bottom of it and personally calling me back on Tuesday. Well tuesday came and went and Wednesday at 230 i decided to call again. I talked with a receptionist who apparently had been in and out with vacation, and she told me that she had talked with the accountant who would be handling my account will also had been in an out on vacation. So apparently there were some more information that they needed. Although i am not sure how they intended to get said info. At this point i am done with Facchetti & Facchetti.

    Horribly rude and passive. Basically told me to get my taxes done elsewhere- which I’ll happily do because they screwed mine up royally.
