Went to F5 with only 25 days to close. I dealt with Trevor who was the greatest. He was competent, informative and kept to every deadline. We were able to get the final approval to close in 2 1/2 weeks. This while also including self -employment in the mix. I am very hard to please and they went beyond my expectations. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TREVOR with F5 Mortgage.

Best refinance experience I have ever had. Everyone was very helpful and responsive. Always answered the phone. In addition to the sub 3% rate I received , they saved me an extra 5K in closing cost by advising me what creditors to pay off before completing a rescore just prior to closing. Positive experience from start to finish. I highly recommend F5 Mortgage to anyone looking for to purchase a home or refinance the one they have.

Jason Howes and his team were very professional from start to finish. I was a little hesitant about processing my loan application online but found the process super easy. I can honestly say that my loan broker, Joe Bloxson, was diligent in moving my loan application along and keeping me informed. I have done several refinancing loans and obtained 5 mortgage loans over the past few years. This one ranks among the top 5 experiences with the loan process. It was well worth the time I spent.

Wish I could give negative stars. This company is a SCAM. They call me 100s of times a day from all different spoofed numbers so you can't block them. I've contacted them many different ways and spoken to over 20 people who all assured me they removed my number from their system, only to receive another call 10 minutes later. This is a predatory company with extremely unethical business practices. I will be filing complaints with the BBB until I can get these calls to stop. Owner can lie and say they only called me twice, I've called back all numbers that called me and everyone answers from F5.

I strongly recommend to work with F5 mortgage of you are looking to get a mortgage or refinance your existing mortgage. Trevor was my agent and I only have good things to say about him. He was extremely professional and always available even during weekend to respond to my questions and everything he promised he did. The process was easy and fast and I was able to close the refinancing in less then 3 weeks and after shopping around F5Mortgage was able to get me the best rate possible.

Quick and easy process. Ryan and Melissa made the whole process extremely simple for us. We saved over 1.5 points on our interest rate and thousands of dollars on closing costs by choosing F5. Loan fees were very reasonable (best I came across), interest rate was actually .25 lower than most of the others I looked at, and yet they still had lower fees. The team was very responsive when I had questions, and the whole process was very fast (they seem to typically use rocket mortgage, which has a very nice online process for reviewing documents and uploading bank statements & other documents they need from you). I would absolutely recommend F5.

I have unusual finances and was denied a loan by Wells Fargo. F5 then told me they would have no problem making the loan and they completed it fast and without hassle. This was smoothest real estate loan I’ve ever experienced. No lost documentation. No unusual underwriting questions. Good communication and the loan officer and processor were pro-active.
