F&M Trust S Main St, Chambersburg

My wife and I are very appreciative of the exceptional service we received at the Norland Avenue Branch of F&M Trust recently. Our F&M representative went the extra mile to help us every step of the way when an internet scam necessitated closing one account and opening a new one. We really like this "home town" bank service! Thank you!

How do I fit a great review in such a small box? For one, the staff is incredibly courteous. They have a thing called a "service star" at the bank which is basically a gold star, and let me tell you I would give one to each one of their employees.

It is so nice to be able to come in and get personal assistance on any issue I have. The ability to work with actual people who are eager to help and offer great customer service is one of the reasons I will stay with F&M Trust.

Since early 2013 I have had an outstanding check, and the staff at F & M has been diligent in asking to see if the check has been cashed since then. I'm always greeted with a smile without exception by the tellers and they go above and beyond for me.

Would really like to thank Kim for helping us out over the years. As long as she's around and other people like her are employed at F & M, I will definitely remain a customer at this bank.

Called all day (no less than 30 times) for 2 days and got no answer. Tried every published number. Communication is horrible. Still trying to get through to anyone.
