F & I Pawn Shop W Houston St, Sherman

I went here on my own the other day to look at their guns. We live out in the country and needed something practical but we're not interested in anything super shiny. Don't care about labels, we just need something that's gonna hold up with integrity in our day to day. Aaanyhoo I breezed in and shopped around all their stuff and had a lot of fun. Place was clean and organized. The men left me alone and didn't try to sell me on anything, but were very attentive and easy-going with my questions (I had a lot). Never felt belittled and was treated respectfully. I didn't make a buy, my family doesn't make large purchases without a lot of home discussion. Fast forward to about a week later and my husband was in there to see some of the guns that interested me. They again treated him well and answered all questions without pressure. He left without a purchase. We felt comfortable going back all together with serious intent, and the salesman took a lot of time to be sure we had what we wanted and needed. There was a bit of discussion on the price but there was no pushing or arguing or hard haggles- they were so respectful we wanted to be sure to be fair as well! They had good prices to start with and after easy discussion made a great deal with us. We walked away with a shotgun that fits me and has already shown itself a great asset against a few wild pigs. This place gets all my compliments and as a woman would truly push any other female arms shopper here for some great deals.

These guys are great! I hocked my guitar last month and could not get in for at three days after they were supposed to take away from me, but they held it for me and didn't even charge me. Thanks guys!

They stood around talking forever before they finally got around to helping me. And then they were pretty rude about it. I won't be coming back here.

I have not used a pawn show before but the guys here have done amazing at making me comfortable and that I was getting a fair deal. If I need to use a pawn shop again I will use them. I can’t say enough good things about this shop.

I was there March 2013. The staff was very rude and discourteous. One of the staff members told me to "Come back when you cant stay so long!". I called the manager the next day and informed him of how rude they were and what was said. The younger guys who work there are inexperienced, and rude to customers. I let the manager know they ran me away, I had done business with that pawn shop twice before this day. I went to EZ pawn on Texoma and that manager knew what type of jewelery I had right away. The customer service was great at EZ Pawn!!!!!!
