When a last-minute issue came up, she dropped what she was doing and handled it. He was ultra-responsive whenever I had a question and I always gleaned much when we spoke. Angela Smith made sure I felt like family and was well taken care of. RUN AWAY!!! WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! This is my 5th or 6th Mortgage & Leon & his ‘team’ is a complete TRAIN WRECK!!! Had to switch lenders because of their incompetence & then? THEY DELAYED US AFTER WE SWITCHED!!!! Never Ever EVER deal with this company!!!!!

Incompetence at its finest. If I could give 0 stars I would. Have held up closing on a property for 2 months, has not communicated with closing attorney or agents. Promised property would be closed within 30 days and it was almost 90. They were involved in a land transaction and a home. The buyers were supposed to close on the land a month ago and we were told they needed a couple of days, 30 days later its still not done. Why? We have no idea.
