Let me tell you about EZ Pawn on N. Rancho, The customer service is the best Ive experienced in Las Vegas! The entire staff is friendly and helpful to all customers not just me. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. They also have almost anything your looking for from A to Z.

My guy Mike came through with the best customer service that a customer could ask for. He made sure I felt comfortable speaking to him, he asked questions to make sure there wasn’t any form of miscommunication, and most of all, he was just the right amount of personal to not break his professionalism. Very easy, straight forward transaction. Will surely come back very soon! Thanks Mike!

This store is without a doubt one of the best if not the best pawn shop I have been to. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Never need to wait in some long line(like other pawn shops around town) and can usually be helped immediately by a associate. They will work with you as well as having some great prices on items at times and have definitely earned my repeat business.

I was in today (7/6/21) to sell some sports cards so I could pay my rent. I spoke with Damian and even though he couldn't buy them he took the time to help me find some where that could and I was able to get what I needed. Its not often I run into an employee willing to give without reward. He should be recognized. Damian you have my gratitude x10

I called at 2:40pm the lady that answered the phone name was Blair, she so very rudely told me to hold on. I’ve been holding now for 20 minutes it’s 3:00pm no one has picked up the phone to help me. Highly recommend coming to this location, there's about 2 other pawn shops closer to where I live, but I'd rather drive the few extra minutes to come to this store. Came into the EZ Pawn talked to Blair she was very kind & helpful, this is my first time ever to pawning something. She made the process quick & simple & explained multiple ways to pay it back. I got the money I needed very happy will be back again.

I bought a diek cleaning robot to clean my house. Long story short it was not charging correctly and had 24 hrs to return and get money back, even though I got to the store a little after 24 hrs I got my money back and no hassle…. I wished it would of worked on well it was a good experience overall.

Have bought items from time to time. Last time I purchased a watch ; young lady Blair that worked there was very courteous, attentive, and professional throughout my whole transaction ... 👌

This is actual best pawn shop in LV!!! The other Rancho shop is okay but nothing comes close to this one. The staff are incredible! They try work with you and not take advantage of you. Amazing people make an amazing business and this place is definitely...amazing

The employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There was one female employee, “Blair” who was exceptionally helpful. Additionally, the merchandise is fairly priced.

I wanted to give my rating for the employee name Blair, I wanted to say thank you so much. She had helped me out in the time of need twice when I really needed help. She gave me the most of what the system was only allowed to do. I highly recommend to seek her directly. The employees their also are very kind and caring and they do not make you less than a person who is in need of help. They are also very professional with when purchasing items from them, and giving you the proper information needed if any return needed. Prices are excellent not overbearing either.
