EZ Money Check Cashing Pennsylvania Ave, Dubuque

The African American store clerk is the worst I have ever experienced in my life😡 I will be going downtown to complain on Monday to report this place unless a manager or corporate can reach out to me. I have complained about her once before and she approached me about it today in a very unprofessional way. no customer deserves to be treated this way this. This is the 2nd times, I received no services.

I love EZ Money! Always in and out they are always very helpful and keep it very professional never had a problem getting my money. Theresa Is my favorite rep always on point great customer service and does her best to help me I can honestly say I’m always a happy and satisfied customer when I walk out of EZ Money. Thank you!😊

The staff here is super accommodating, every month I pop in to pay my utility bill and also the occasional money order. Always greeted with a smile from Clarissa and Samantha!

This place is AWESOME.... The ladies here make it worth my wild coming into Dubuque. They are always eager to help and make it EZ to get a loan or pay a bill.

Samantha and Clarissa are some of the most amazing people I have met. I was going through a rough time and not only were they caring and considerate they went out of their way to make sure I did not feel bad about myself or my situation. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

Terrible experience. Used to love this place until I realized that they treat customers differently. They give give people who get paid on Friday until Monday to pay the loan back but I get paid Thursday night (after they close) and they put the loan check into my account Friday morning. Without even giving the chance to pay it back. Now I'm being told that I can't reloan until the check clears. How great! Save yourself the hassle and just go to HomeTown.

This place should be banned. They say they cash any checks... yeah I brought in a check that they couldn't verify through the bank to cash it. It was a payroll check, all they had to do was call the bank and it would've cleared. The bank the check came from is not in this state. I was traveling and needed the money. The two women behind the counter were very rude and after making me stand there behind their bulletproof glass for almost 20 minutes, they told me that they couldn't verify my check through the bank. I asked them to call the number on the check, they said they did. Ummm ok??? Chase bank... hmmmm... phone number of the company on the check... valid company check was from... hmmmm... cash any check, I don't think so. I ended up going to a different place and they had no problem cashing it for a fee. I was in and out in 10 minutes. This place is a joke and the employees there are ridiculous. They must grab from the bottom of the barrel to employ people there, obviously customer service is not one of their finer points. I will not ever go there again and I will tell others that live in Dubuque still not to go there either. What a joke.

They are wonderful friendly people they always try to help anyway they can they understand my crazy work schedule
