This Is a company that turns qualified individuals away based off their appearance or their own personal opinion! This company also denies the majority of people that comes from Electrolux, TTI, and Eugene Wexler(bias)! I would not recommend this company to anyone, 9/10 u will be denied anyway, even after being approved; they will see you, and come up with a bogus reason to why they longer can approve you!& yes this happened to me! These incidents has occurred at BOTH of the Anderson locations to not only me but a few of my dearest family and friends.

This place was absolutely lovely. The environment was nice, not too noisy. The people were sweet and Tim took such great care of me. This was the first loan I had ever taken and I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but he took good care to make sure I knew exactly what I was signing up for and how my payments would work. Tim spoke to my mother and I like we were real people, not just another customer and I think that's what I really appreciated the most. I would definitely recommend them to a friend in need of a loan.

I decided to try this business based on the good reviews that I had read. The minute the phone call was answered, I felt as if she didn't want to be on the phone with me. She sounded miserable. After giving all of my information and being placed on hold the girl came back on the phone, quickly said that they wouldn't be able to help me and hung up on me without me being able to say anything. I've never had a problem getting a loan before, and quite frankly I was insulted by the "customer service".
