Granville was wonderful. From the very start she kept me at ease and took very good care of my family and the refinancing of our mortgage. I was trying to refinance our house for almost 18 months before I met her. She is very knowledgeable in her job and very compassionate about taking care of others. I could not recommend her enough to take care of other clients. If I can give her a hundred stars I would do it no problem.

My experience with Bianca was phenomenal to say the least!! Bianca was so very attentive and and knew exactly how to customize my mortgage to fit my budget. We were in contact everyday and always made herself available when I needed her. She answered every question with intelligence and professionalism. I was referred to Extreme Loans by a close friend recently and was very happy I chose them over another loan company. My loan expert, Sandi Eisho, provided an excellent experience. Something that could have taken several months took less than 45 days for my money to be deposited. Most of the time I was able to sign documents and handle any questions needed for my loan over the phone. When I did go to their office it was also a great experience. I had to wait 10 minutes or so for a person to arrive [who had my documents] last time I was there, while I waited Sandi put me into a room with a massage chair and all the snacks/drinks you can think of…very legit! I 100% recommend these professionals if you’re looking for a loan! You won’t be disappointed!!

At first I was a little skeptical because of so many scams in the world today, but after communicating with Blake, I became a little more comfortable about refinancing with Extreme Loans. The way he explained everything to me step by step, getting all the documents that I needed, he made the process somewhat simple. It was easier than when I first purchased my home. In a truely insane process, Sabrina was the most helpful person anyone could have hoped for. Because of a delay beyond anyone's control, our rate (and therefore our payment) went up considerably (over $300/month) instead of the reduction we were expecting to have. Also, they paid off what they wanted to pay off, not what we wanted paid off AND they paid the wrong amounts on what they did pay (too much on them because they went by incorrect/old data) so we had to wait to get refunds from those businesses which made it inconvenient. Daniel seemed to do everything in his power to get things done right, but the other departments apparently didn't communicate well with him--and therefore he couldn't give us accurate information in a timely manner. I would work with Daniel again if I need to, but not necessarily with this company. I have referred people to him, but I don't know if they've contacted him or not.

To Danny Dawood and Marla Abdulnoor, I would like to extend my deepest appreciation in your effortless hard work. From the beginning to end, both Marla and Danny dedicated their tireless effort in getting my loan approved. I would recommend anyone that I know of repable status. Martina Abdulnoor was a great loan officer to work with, after working with another loan officer from another loan company to refinance my VA loan, I found out through Martina that he was telling me all types of lies and taking advantage of me to make more money off of a loan that he had already took advantage of, which Martina pointed out. I quickly fired that guy and then allowed Martina to help me get my refinance loan done. She came in and got my loan to the rate it should be and then she got my monthly mortgage lowered. She was awesome!!! I just want to thank Martina and the people at Extreme Loans for all their help God Bless !!!

I really think that it was good luck that in this pandemic I got to work with Daniel D. My most important concern was that I had no idea who was on the other end of the phone conversation with me about a financial matter. Daniel was outstanding at forming a business relationship that was honest, responsive and knowledgeable. Every question was answered, and he was diligent in communicating all information. He was also an extremely nice individual and that too added to the quality of the business transaction. I would highly recommend him and feel that he is truly an asset to his company.

Mr. Lamont Kennedy is an amazing mortgage loan officer who goes above and beyond for his clients. He was always accessible to answer questions about the process. He was professional, polite, understanding, kind, and a great listener. He is a no-nonsense kind of person who get things done. The kind of loan officer that I like to have in my decision-making process when the transactions have so many moving parts.

We recently closed on our second mortgage with Silva Kareem. The first mortgage with her was incredibly smooth and now our second mortgage on our secondary home went even smoother if that was even possible. I worked with Susan. and must say this was the best experience I've ever had with a refinance lender. I never felt rushed or pressured and Susan. genuinely had my best interests at heart - how often does that happen? With other lenders all they wanted was to rush me into taking the mortgage only to hand me off to someone else to close the loan so they could move onto selling the next person a mortgage.
