I was stressed out over having someone gaining access to my account and withdrawing funds I didn’t have to spare. Joyce was my calming angel. She was compassionate and professional while caring for my needs closing one account and opening a new one. She was so sweet and at the end asked if she could hug me. I needed on so desperately it was the perfect ending to a very stressful situation. Extraco Banks is always kind and inviting. Thank you for taking care of me.

Waited over a year to hear back regarding an issue with Business Account each time a CSR answered I was told a ticket would be submitted and I would hear back unfortunately it was just a quick solution to get me off the phone. My last attempt was yesterday again with an apology your issues will be forwarded someone will contact you. This morning I received a call and after discussing and requesting an explanation the EXTRACO Representative was rude and hung up the call. I was left no thorough explanation. I have been with this bank for over a year and never have I felt not worthy or valued as a customer. Based on this customer service experience and the lengthy time to respond I was very understanding due to the pandemic but finally getting a callback just to hung up on while expressing my overall issues there was no bit of remorse and not acceptable. I would strongly not recommend banking here because they do not care about small business companies.

This is one of the best banks I have used in my life, they stay on top with technology to keep my finances and information protected. I was at the Hewitt branch and I was assisted by Genie an associate at this branch and she made my visit a pleasant experience. The other associates are always helpful as well. Such a homely feel, I don't mind going to the bank.

Do not use the atm they will steal your money..it’s happened to me twice already & Extraco did not offer my money back. DO NOT USE THE ATM

Having moved to the Waco area a few months ago from out of state, I needed to find a bank with local service and decided on Extraco Bank. Joyce, was very helpful and meeting Richard just reassured me that we made me the right decision. They truly made the process seem so painless. They are a very professional group of people/friends. I would highly recommend Extraco Bank for all your banking needs.

Worked with Richard Nettles and have been pleased not just with him but with the service we’ve had at both this and the Bosque branch. Far better customer service than any other bank, the time we’ve saved on that alone has been well worth the switch. I wish we had switched months ago. Highly recommended.
