Buyer beware! Under new management and no longer the same bank. After spotting two fraudulent charges on my account I went to the branch and was given a phone number to call for an investigation. The people I called told me that they do not do investigations, it's the bank's job. I went back to the branch office and they told me I needed to call another number, not the one they gave me. At that point, I asked to speak with management. The manager told me, "Well, this time, I'll look into the fraudulent charges, but normally you would call the other number." Two weeks later, two checks I had mailed to the branch had not been deposited after over ten days from mailing. It turns out they had not been picking up their mail at their PO Box due to "staffing shortages". Btw, the bank across the street is fully staffed. So I moved my money over there.

I banked here for about 3 years. I ended up leaving because they turned into absolute garbage. My wife still banks up there but after the last several months of them being worse than they were previously. I finally convinced her to close her account and move to a different bank. Do not use this place. They are not the same as they were 4 years ago.

We had several complicated transactions to take care of and Haley R was fabulous!! She was so patient, helpful and took time to answer all of our questions. Thank you!!
