I rarely write a review but I had to share my positive experience with Morris and his Team. I purchased my first investment property and they helped and guided me throughout the whole process. It took 3 months to finish the process due to title issues but they were persistent. As a new investor I did research on quite a few lenders and I am glad I made the right choice. I'm so excited to start the rehab now. :)

I can't say enough great things-which is rare when reviewing a lender! Every step of the process was above and beyond. Mark helped me think through the deal and multiple options they provided.
