As a first time home buyer there are unlimited unknowns when it comes to the loan process. I still couldn't articulate the financing process if I tried. But Lauren most certainly can! In fact she made the process so easy and painless that it was never stressful for my wife and I. As a mortgage broker she finds the best loans out there for her clients. And goes above and beyond. We agreed to a loan about a month before closing with a 3.1% interest rate. We were happy with it and all set to close. Lauren could have stopped there, but she didn't. She emailed me about two weeks before closing letting me know that she found us an even better rate. It ended up being 2.7% and the closing costs/monthly spend ended up also being lower than the original loan we agreed to.
