Been banking there since 2003. Three cars loans and two lines of credit later I still love this CU and always a pleasure when I go in or bank online

Extremely disgusted with this Credit Union had an account with them for 7 years and also have an auto loan with them that I have been paying on for 3 years. Let me say that it is 8:11 and 9:00 am cant come fast enough!!! I cant wait until you guys open so I can close my account and get all of my money. I thought I beat rush hour in Atlanta by arriving here a little earlier. I only been at this location 1 time in the evening before to make a deposit. When I pulled in on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and made a right onto Northwoods Pkwy there is a big sign that says EXCEL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION!!! You have to go down a ways on Northwoods Pkwy before you could turn into their parking lot. When I turned In I immediately park where I seen all the other cars located. I think thats natural and any reasonable person will do that. Well I am only parked there for 5 mins before this guy is standing outside my driver window waving his hand. He says, "Excuse me are you waiting for someone? You looking to meet someone right here?" Im like ummm no. He said well you cant be parked here you have to leave, this is a Financial Institution. I said I know I have an account here. Im waiting for them to open up. He looked at me shocked and said, "oh you have an account here?!" I said yeah and he strolled off to meet his co-worker who was waiting for him. I am in tears as I am writing this I have never been profiled this way in my life. Jeesh I look like I wouldnt have an account there! A normal bank would assume that sheesh where a bank there is a customer here earlier. No not these people! Smh. And then had the nerve to tell me that they are a financial institution. NAH REALLY!!! What ya dont know is I have worked at another FINANCIAL INSTITUTION for several years as a fraud prevention specialist. So I am very familiar with how they look and operate!!! And I love Barbara Gaskin at the location in the Federal Building on Forsyth but its a hassle getting there. But after this experience im DONE!!!

Awesome customer service and the same faces have been greeting me with a smile for the last 10 years. Wish their bill pay system was better, but their rates and customer service are better than any other bank I’ve dealt with.
