She is very professional and she keeps her words. I just refinance my mortgage and I am very happy with it. My bro did the refinance with her couple years ago too. I think they are not even read my files and issue a Pre-approval letter, when you selected a house and submit offer, I try to call him to asking for the document, left over 10+ voicemail, never receive any return call. At the midnight, he text me and said: " sorry you guys not qualify for the loan, it will fail at Underwriting department". My agent told me to try Exceed Lending. With the same income, same jobs,.. we are runing 1 week later due to Escrow mistake, and closing 1 week earlier to the closing date. I just got the new house thanks to Exceed Lending team. My husband and I were looking to buy an investment property and were referred to Jolin Bao by our real estate agent to check on the loan rate and get an pre-approval. We both had busy schedules during the day, so I texted Jolin at late night, expecting she would perhaps respond the next day the best scenario. (I had also contacted a couple other lenders and their agents were typically so. ) Jolin replied within minutes!! After I shared some basic information with her, she went above and beyond in offering to chat over the phone immediately, knowing that we both were too busy during the day for anything non-work related.
