Steve Page was extremely knowledgeable, super responsive and was able to help us adapt and “evolve” (yes pun intended) as we progressed through the mortgage process. The experience I had working with Steve was so much smoother than a previous lender I had borrowed with, another big box mortgage company. Steve did an awesome job reining in my anxiety when the appraisal status was unknown due to the high demand in the booming sellers’ market of 2021 or when documents needed for underwriting were what I felt, difficult to procure.
