My experience with Evolve started off very good and then went down hill very fast at closing. Jordan was quick to answer all my questions throughout the process although it seemed like he would forget things and I would have to explain something all over again. When it came time to send closing disclosures, the numbers didn't add up so I questioned him and he gave me an explanation that sounded legit. I was sent what I thought was the final closing disclosures a few days before closing but was then told by Jordan that the number would be lower at closing??? I didn't understand but trusted him. He told me I would receive the final amount to bring to closing the day of closing. I thought that's what the final closing disclosure was, guess I was wrong. The day of closing comes and I still do not have the amount to bring to closing and neither Jordan nor the lawyer take responsibility. I get to closing and find out that I owe a significant amount more that what was on my closing disclosure. How is that even possible?? Jordan was not even at closing and would not answer my calls. After signing my documents I was then told that there was a mistake and my name would not be on the deed because Jordan did not fill out the proper paperwork after this was explained to him from the start. I don't understand how someone can be so unprofessional and do things that are not legal. Closing disclosures are supposed to be sent to you 3 days before closing and the numbers should not change yet somehow I ended up owing several thousand dollars more. I would never recommend Evolve bank or Parkway law to anyone.
