Michael McCurry at Evergreen Land Title is the best! He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and has gone above and beyond for my transactions. I would recommend him to anyone needing title and escrow services.

Setup two escrow collection accounts. Had problems with funds not being properly distributes and never received any monthly notice or statements on transactions until I asked for them 7 months later. I gave them this low rating because they did not have a very good attention to detail on what the customer wanted when they setup our accounts.

Ken and his team made our quick close happen with such ease. Tagon was very responsive and kept us in the loop at every turn which was so appreciated and help ease our home buying jitters. Jordan always answered the phone with such a positive attitude and was able to answer a lot of our questions too. Overall, our experience with Evergreen was a highly positive one and we would love to work with them again in the future.
