Susana and Terrie are amazing at what they do. For a first time home buyer they definitely made sure I understood the entire process from A-Z. I would for sure recommend to anyone that is looking for a Loan officer that really cares. Excellent customer service. They were also so patient with me and some little hiccups we experienced. So thankful for the both of you.

First Time Home Buyers !! I highly do Not recommend Evergreen home loans because as they were helping me and I was a first time home buyer they did Not perform their task. The loan officer at Evergreen that was helping me was Dorita Ivy. Dorita was my loan officer and due to her lack of work she had to give me 3 different closing dates for a house that I had already gotten an offer accepted to and did everything such as appraisal, inspections , etc. Due to her not being able to perform I lost a couple of thousand dollars that she even admitted herself that during the whole process if any money was lost she would find a way to help out with the money loss because of her extensions, after things didn’t go the right way, I lost everything. Dorita had moved me to a different loan company and bank without telling me so I had no idea. I asked her what her reason for her doing that and she simply told me “I just can’t do it for you”, after already going onto the 3rd extension. Up to today Dorita had yet to even take responsibility after she said she would’ve and not even a call or letter from her she has sent to me, she has lied to the company she works for “Evergreen” saying that she performed her job which she didn’t because if she did I would’ve had my house since December of 2020, the reason I am barely writing this review is because we’ve been back and forth with Evergreen as far as reimbursing me through their insurance and they were Only able to reimburse me for my appraisal. If Dorita was to just take responsibility for her actions I wouldn’t be in this position and yes she will turn her back on you just to save herself and as of now I believe evergreen knows it was her fault and their just not wanting to reimburse me for their employee who is the loan officer there Dorita Ivy. So i do not recommend anyone to evergreen and especially their Loan Officer Dorita Ivy because I don’t want anyone having to go through what I went through.

First time homebuyer. I had to youtube most of the process I felt as if I was ignored throughout the whole process. Only when they needed something they would call.Communication.lack of Communication caused closing date to be extended 3 times. Call backs were non existent. Very poor Communication. Will not recommend to anyone. Will definitely not use again
