Amanda was our Evergreen Home Loan Officer. She was extremely responsive and went above and beyond anytime we had any questions for her. She consistently made herself available and did not make us feel like a bother with our many questions. Amanda made sure to keep us on track and reminded us when needed if we needed to sign something else or turn in more paperwork. She is fabulous at explaining the overwhelming process of home buying, interest rates, underwriting, etc. Her genuine, warm personality put us at ease through the whole process.
