I literally called to try and resolve an issue it took me fifteen tries and still no one answered. My debit card was having issues and I had to call this branch fifteen times. Honestly this is the service you should expect banking with them. I never made reviews but they’re trash for this

I have attempted to seek customer service regarding my account, calling numerous numbers provided, and was redirected without talking to a representative. The individual who did answer the phone hung up quickly after answering.

I love banking here. I've had issues with other banks before, but this one has been hassle free for me.

This is a facility I will NEVER do business with - took a legal document in that needed a notary two of the three people signing had accounts with this facility - they would not notarize because the third person, with three forms of ID, did not have an account with them. To me this is blatent missuse of a notary priviledge

The services are very good but the employees at this branch are not friendly or helpful.
