We needed a notary on a Sunday. I called Eva's Mobile Notary on Sunday morning. Eva replied within 30 minutes and by Sunday afternoon Joanna Musacchio came to the house for notarization. I call that 5 star service. Thank you Eva.

Worst experience ever. This woman clearly doesn’t know what she is doing, not professional at all. She kept my documents for 2 months and provided zero result. Of course, she refused to refund any portion of the payment.
Please be aware that this happened in the middle of covid when all the State offices and courts were still closed to the public and some are actually still closed to the public. I submitted the paperwork she gave me but the state of California rejected their document due to it not being the certified copy of a court document. It is the client's responsibility to make sure they have the correct version of their document, as we are only a document concierge service and they are authenticated by the state office who decides if it meets their requirements. I even tried to go to the court house for her but they were all closed to the public. I even called five different agencies and courthouses for her and I offered to resubmit her document at no charge after she obtained the correct copy but she blamed me and tried to explain, but there was also a language barrier so I don't think she understood what happened and how it wasn't my fault. I couldn't give her a full refund because our services were already rendered and I had already spent hours trying to find out where she could get the correct copy. I told her I would refund her the $40 processing fee that wasn't used but she wasn't happy with that either. I'm really sorry that the pandemic caused this mess and I am willing to process another document at no charge and there are no hard feelings. Please reach out to me as you still have a credit with our company. Thank you.

I used them to process a few apostilles to Latvia. They were fast, efficient, affordable and very nice. They are notary publics too, so I will definitely be using them again for my apostille and notary public services!

They came to my rescue! I was stuck abroad and needed a document notarized using a subscribing witness. This isn't a typical notary certificate and there was a lot at stake. We needed a notary he knew and preferably someone experienced with these type of notarizations. Luckily my fiance's company uses this notary service and they were able to come out the same day!
