Ethan and Marty were awesome to work with! They are extremely punctual on responding to your questions and concerns. In addition, I believe this mortgage company is way far ahead technology wise than other competitors! For example, when I needed to provide them with information for the loan, they had a portal and an app that made it SUPER easy and efficient. Then once I got my "pre-approval", Marty proactively set up a zoom meeting to discuss everything. These guys are top notch and their underwriters do a very good and efficient job as well!
