    I like the workers but the work ethics is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. Information is not secured properly.. They allow more than one client in the room at the same time while you are being assisted.. Social security number, account number, and transaction amounts are being exchanged while others are present.. There is absolutely no privacy in that office. HENRY TOLD ME THAT IF I don't like the way things are being done then to pay off my loans and go somewhere else. HE ALSO STATED THAT IF I COMPLAIN NOTHING WILL CHANGE.
