I have used Erich 3 times now. He is always extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. He’s very easy to talk to. Feels more like talking to a friend than a business transaction. Erich understood not every loan is the same and worked with me to find what was best for my own situation and circumstances. As I said this was the third time I used Erich. I needed to purchase a home and have it closed all in just one month As I needed to be out of my current house. I assumed it could never be done. Erich worked long hours always communicating with me what he needed and where we were at in the process. Even ran into some hiccups with the home I bought and the seller not repairing some items as he was supposed to. This was very stressful. Erich put me first and looked out for my best interest always. He was able to find out information for me and ensure I did not waste any of my money until things were perfect and that I felt good about everything. He got the deal done for me and in time.
