Excellent experience and outstanding service. John has been so great to work with and is always willing to answer all of our questions. He has responded quickly when we’ve needed to make changes to our home and auto policies and has also been great explaining how things work to our teenage son and patiently helping him set up his own policy.

John has been extremely helpful answering many of our questions regarding our current policy, our new teen driver, adding and removing vehicles from our policy, and even helping us to deal with a time sensitive matter. My husband and I greatly appreciate his attention to detail and effort in getting back to us through email and phone calls.

John has taken care of us and has always answered any questions we’ve had about our policy and made us feel like a priority. John takes care of things ASAP and has always answers our phone calls or emails immediately, he’s super dependable. Couldn’t have asked for a better insurance company with good people. Chase has been wonderful to work with. He was very thorough in making sure that I had all discounts that I qualified for and helping me to determine the appropriate amount of coverage that I needed.

We have never had an issue, and been happy with the service we have received until today. We have our payment set up on for automatic draft every month when the bill is due. Most months, we call and speak with someone to get our bill paid about a week before the automatic draft because that's the way our budget is set. When we called this month, we were told we didn't need to call and our bill was already set up for automatic draft...but we wanted to pay right then.. instead when we said that- we were hung up on. Not sure why something like processing a payment WE are making to THEM is such a burden on them. We have the automatic set up incase of a slip up and we forget to pay , that way we never miss a bill. Like I said, we have always received good, prompt service from Eric Rose State farm... not sure why our request that takes 1 minute was such a huge deal to hang up on their customer! 🤷🏻‍♀️ Edit: The agent called me and was very helpful in trying to fix the situation. All boiled down to miscommunication between us and their office. It did make me feel a lot better that the agent called himself trying to get down to the bottom of the situation, he also seemed very bothered that we felt like we were mistreated in anyway and he was trying make it right. And since we have had no issues in the past, that's why I'm changing my review back to 5 stars.

John Wall and Brad Slagle were very helpful. I moved from Texas and needed to transfer my insurance to Georgia. John and Brad worked together to make sure my transition went smoothly. They also gave me helpful information on things to expect while trying to transfer my vehicles. Great team and great experience.

Hamilton was very friendly and made sure I had all the discounts and information to help lower my bill. He answered all of my questions and and was polite and courteous the whole time. My insurance with Farm Bureau came out over 200.00 cheaper each month compared to the company I was with! Now thats a saving!
