Eric's team was well put together, prompt to respond and professional. Eric met with me immediately when I requested to get pre approved. Eric walked me through the loan details, answered all my questions and provided recommendations based on my concerns. His team (Cindy, Yvette and Maria) were very clear and timely when asking for documents. The information provided by one team member never conflicted with another team member. On top of them being so prompt, they were friendly the whole time. They provided regular updates as my loan documents were processed, I never once felt like I was left in the dark. From start to finish it was clear that my loan was being handled by an experienced, well managed group and it made all the difference.
