My experience with Carlos and his team was beyond satisfying. Carlos always made sure to make himself available anytime I had a question for him. The times I am not be able to get him on the phone, he would make sure to return my call. Carlos is very informative, friendly, professional, and most importantly PATIENT! I had a ton of questions and he would make me feel conformable every time I approached him with a concern. He has done an excellent job communicating the numbers with me and was very transparent all throughout the closing process. I was able to successfully close on my new home (Virtually) with his assistance and would like to give a special recognition to Miss Daniela Travieso!!! she is an excellent realtor who works hand in hand with Carlos. In conclusion, I am extremely pleased to have worked with Carlos and would wholeheartedly recommend all my family and friends to work with him in the near future.

Todd was absolutely wonderful to work with! Todd and his team went above and beyond to make this transaction happen. Their attention to detail and attentiveness made this the simplest process to apply for a mortgage, or any type of loan, that I’ve ever gone through. Everything was straight forward, easily understandable, and most importantly transparent. Todd was very easy to reach if I had any questions and responded very quickly, even if it was outside of normal business hours and weekends. I’m a big thing with communication, and being from out of state with this transaction, I never had to worry about where we were at in the process. I was always informed and kept in the loop. At one point in the process, I believe the underwriters were questioning my age about where I was purchasing the home. Before I could even let Todd know that I would pull up the information for them, he already had it done, sent to them and the issue was resolved. I was stunned because normally I’m the person who gets things resolved for others, and to have someone like Todd and his team resolve this small piece for me was huge! I can’t say enough good things about them, and they made the entire lending process very easy. I will without a doubt be using them in the future, in addition to recommending them to friends and family. Believe me you will not be disappointed with Todd and EPM!

I was very impressed with how Gigi handled a situation were her buyer had to switch financing from other company to her and we were in the middle of the transaction (15 days into the transaction) already. She immediatelly qualified the buyer in an FHA loan and was able to CLOSE IN ONLY 12 DAYS! She called me the first day and re assured us as listing agents on this transaction that she was going to make it happen. Not only did she closed on time but she was very communicative and stayed on top of things at all times. We definitely will recommend her and we will do business with her moving forward. Nothing better than having a lender in your side that knows what they are doing and with excellent communications!

Nick From EPM was awesome! As first time buyers we had no idea what we were doing and he guided us every step of the way. Virginia is an excellent agent. She is patient, kind and very understanding. She was always looking at for a better on how to resolve some issues that had occurred during our experience. Although the process hectic at some point but I'm glad we had Virginia on our side , otherwise we would have gave up. Now we can't stop talk about about what we will do with our beautiful home haha.

They won't call you if there's an issue with your mortgage that could benefit you if you were told about it immediately, but they sure will call you if you miss a payment to them. And after communicating to them at the beginning of my refinance, that I needed texts and calls because my emails get buried, they still refused to accommodate. My refinance took something like 7 months to get done because of that. I challenge Equity Prime to do better. Update: I recieved a call about this concern and was told that unfortunately they didn't build phone calls into their system. I'm thinking, then why did I recieve a phone call about a missed payment? Seems like a one sided policy that only benefits them receiving money and doesn't benefit me finding out about issues with the account. I wish I could leave less than 1 star in my review. Update: Now I'm in a pickle that I have to handle myself because of lack of communication on my part. I'm also finding out about a recent escrow review that indicates there's a problem, and again they didn't call me about the problem. Not happy at all. And a rep I've been talking to, Jeannie, sounds completely unprofessional. Like a high school student using the word "like" every 5 words and starts her sentences with. Her speech is that of a Valley Girl. I'm very sensitive to critiquing everything now with these folks. I challenge them to do better. Let me know proactively when someone is not right and is in my best interest to know about. Not just if there's a late payment.

Buying a home is stressful, but Nick's expertise, patience, and clear communication helped us throughout the process. Dave Gibson was my Prime Equity Mortgage Representative and my experience with him was wonderful. Julia from EPM was a mortgage broker in my recent condo purchase. While I had numerous previous experiences with the home purchase and refinance, this was a first time I needed a mortgage for a condo. Little did I know that getting a relatively small mortgage for a condo can be a much bigger pain and challenge than getting a much larger mortgage for a more expensive house. While pre-approval process was easy, everything that required Condo documents was a challenge. Few times I thought that I won’t be able to get a mortgage just because of the lack of cooperation from the Condo, but Julia was very creative and persistent being it working with the Condo PM, their insurance company, or mortgage bank and trying to keep moving forward and finding a solution. Julia was always on top, providing timely updates, always being very proactive and ALWAYS doing it with the smile and utmost professionalism. She was always patient with my numerous questions about paperwork or line items in the closing cost. At the end, we were able to close on time, no surprises at the settlement and everything went smoothly. I would definitely use her services again and highly recommend her to anyone who wants to get a great, professional and positive experience on getting mortgage for their home purchase.
