Beginning to end, the loan process was informative and loan officer was responsive. It required action on my part due to FHA requirements but I am happy with the result of all of our efforts. The closing was quick and painless.

The staff were very responsive and professional, and answered my questions well. And I was very impressed that I was sent a photo of the signing agent, as well as a description of his car, as an additional security precaution, before sending him to my home.

We got scheduled immediately and a received a phone call to confirm. Closing went smoothly. We appreciate that the closing agent came to our home. It was easy and convenient. Thank you.

Lindsey Pelzer was EXTREMELY responsive, and went out of her way to assure that this was a very healthy closing. And, she was kind enough to make me feel as if it was not so unusual that I am still concerned about COVID, even though everyone else seems to have gone on with their lives. Was refinancing my home and Equity National and their mobile notary Jack Butler were great! They set up a time to meet, gave a clear list of everything I needed to bring (really just a photocopy of my drivers license). Jack arrived on time, was very friendly and professional, explained the process in detail and went over each section of the loan and answered any questions I had. Was a very quick process and great being able to do it in the comfort of one's own home.

The word unexpected comes to mind when I describe the experience with my closing agent. I was looking for a stiff and stuffy time with the closing agent. Wow, I was so wrong. Not much to improve upon. Was very impressed with the process and communication. Our loan servicer was great- helpful, competent, even reassuring when things slowed or went into the ‘black box’ of Underwriting. One process we did not experience for the closing was receiving and signing e-docs b/c of a Trust situation, so can’t comment on that.

10/10 I would recommend them to anyone! Everyone I talked to helped me extremely and was always able to answer any questions I had and I never had a wait time to get anyone on the phone! We have enjoyed our process with Equity National Title!

I missed a line on a page. Both the staff and closing agent reached out to make sure I understood what was needed. Then the closing agent came back over to my house that same day to get my signature instead of me trying to print, sign, scan and email.

Our Notary was very prompt in arriving for our at-home signing. Everyone wore masks and we actually were able to social distance. We appreciated that and I know she did too. Took about an hour, signed our names over and over but all forms are necessary for all parties involved. Our notary was very professional and explained each document before we signed. We appreciate the time she took to make this experience painless. Thanks!!

Equity staff was professional and answered any questions we asked. We called a few different times with questions and the employees were patient with us and thoroughly explained anything we needed to know. Our only complaint was with the 3rd party notary who actually did our closing.

Between the time the closing date was set and when it occurred, we were contacted first by someone in your main office who gave us detailed information about the process and who told us that once the closing notary was selected, he or she would call us to set a time for the closing, and if we had not heard from the notary by Sunday evening, we were given a phone number to call. This was on Friday afternoon and our closing was set for the following Monday. On Saturday ,morning the notary called us and asked us what would be the best time on Monday would be for us for her to come. She then confirmed some information. Monday morning she was at our house about ten minutes early ready, and things went off without any problems.

From start to finish, Equity National title was very professional, polite, easy to understand, and very responsive, it was an absolute pleasure doing business with such a wonderful company !

We dealt with Joe Falcone even before we did the actual refi. He was so attentive and maintained communication with us through the process. If we contacted him with a question, he got right back to us. Inland is the real deal. What they tell you from the beginning is what you get. No surprises like other lenders. They are the best.

Our closing experience was top notch. Amanda re-scheduled our closing last minute to beat an upcoming snow storm and got all parties to meet earlier than originally scheduled and everything went smooth at the closing. Easy and piece of cake. Follow up after to ensure our satisfaction was also a nice added benefit.

We interacted with several employees at ENT before during and after the closing. They were all friendly, identified the right person to help as necessary, and knowledgeable. I was impressed that a bank check issue was resolved within a couple hours on a Friday afternoon.

This title company is one of the best I've accepted notary signings from. The documents are clear concise and don't include unnecessary information which would require you to determine if it's needed for the signing you're assigned. Great experience. I was informed each step of the way. I was communicated with as to when the closing would be, who would be the notary and the notary herself even called me to introduce herself. The notary was very kind, explained every step and had a lot of patience with me.

EQUITY NATIONAL TITLE has had paper work for well over 3months and still not completed Would not recommend this place at all! Still awaiting a call from a supervisor that can actually answer how you can "outsource" the work you are being paid to do and then when whoever was hired stops replying to equity national title about work that is well over a month past the dead line to return your finished! title work, how is that out of the company's hands that is collecting the money (equity national title) so now we not only paid you to not finish the job ,we have to pay another place, after the worst experience with a team,who not only talks over the customer and lies to them, says they don't know why there work was unexceptionable when they work with this company all the time !?! Beyond DISAPPOINTED
