    They only reason I gave them 1 star is because 0 stars is not an option. This place is super sketchy. They put a lien on your house but will not report good payments to the credit bureaus. A title agency that also does home loans? These guys are as low as a payday loan place but worse because they will take your home if you miss a payment! My aunt tried to payoff her loan but they would not let her unless she could give them some sort of letter from the bank. These folks are bad news for both the customer and the community. They prey on the needy and offer no real help. DO NOT GIVE THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE YOUR HOME!
