Equity Bank S Ohio St, Salina

My wife recently got a new job and went online to set up her direct deposit for our checking at ASBT and the routing number showed that her check would be going to ASBT. However; it was the old routing number from before the buyout/merger and it sent her check into a holding pattern within the system. I called Dustin, told him what the situation was and he said he would check it with the back office and get back to me. Within 10 mins or so, my phone rang, ASBT had found the money and placed it into our account. Yesterday I wrote a less than flattering review and today I take it all back, Dustin restored my faith in ASBT . THANK YOU ASBT, and especially you Dustin, make ASBT your bank.....................................................

Great bank.even when they changed names on their bank,it went smoothly.no problems.been with them for years.had a couple little problems,but they fixed them quickly.

Rose Hill bank is one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with in my life! Told one thing, they do another but theyusually try. Kinda. And the craziness of having to call and have your debit card "released" so you can use it out if state just adds insult to injury especially when each time I needed it done I had the embarrassment of a declined card and had to call AGAIN to have it unlocked to work. This time I had to call again about my account that has still not been closed. I got someone who refused to take any responsibility and blamed everything on me. Nevermind that they did not do what they said they would, still have yet to close my account although I've requested it 3 times and my new bank now has requested twice, and she even called me a liar. I work in customer service and that is NOT how to deal with people. Wow, just wow. Run, don't walk away from this bank.
